When you make a purchase from Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd, you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of Sale. (Your statutory customer rights are not affected)

1. General

Any colours shown are as accurate as the website allows. The availability of an item on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock.
2.4 Carriage (if applicable) is added to your order prior to purchase. You will be given the total price of the transaction including any carriage before you complete you purchase. There are no hidden extra costs. Orders delivered to and paid for from outside of EU (European Union) to non-UK businesses maybe subject to excise duty. If excised duty applies it will be marked clearly on the invoice. It is calculated prior to your payment

2.6 We will take orders from overseas. We never take payment until the postage/carriage rates are approved. We reserve the right to refuse any orders or request proof of identity for large orders and we may request a bank transfer for orders over £250.00
3. Payment
3.1 Payments must be made in £ Sterling only, unless otherwise specified using any of the cards shown. When you have completed your selections you are automatically transferred to our secure server.
3.2 Our secure server is 100% secure and acknowledged as an industry standard for applications requiring a high degree of security.
3.3 After placing an order the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of order for the purchase.
3.4 Payment method. You can pay by Visa, Master Card, Switch or Delta online if you are ordering in the UK or any other country of the European Union. If you are ordering from outside the European Union we can only accept Visa or Master Card.
4. Passing of Property
Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd shall retain legal title to the products until all payment has been made in full by the Customer.
5. Passing of Risk
The risk on the Products shall pass to the Customer on delivery once the products have been signed for.
6. Delivery
6.1 Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only although if a Product is in stock, we aim to send it out to you within 48 hours of your order. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within 21 days of order we will notify you by e-mail and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full. Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery by any other third party.
6.2 Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd delivers worldwide. All items dispatched are fully insured during transit.
7. Acceptance
The Customer shall inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt. (This does not however affect the customer's statutory rights).
8. Guarantee Refunds and Returned Goods
If any Products supplied should be defective or different from those ordered Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd will provide an immediate full refund on return of Products.
Goods exchanged or replaced for reasons other than complaint will be subject to our postage and packing charges for new orders. We will not accept responsibility for postal charges or lost items when returning non-defective goods. All returned non-defective goods must be in stock condition and in the original packaging.

9. Cancellation
9.1 Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd reserves the right to refuse any order or part of order or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate or process the order.
9.2 Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so provided it takes all reasonable steps to notify the customer within 14 days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd will immediately refund any payments made in full. The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days which starts from the day after the day the customer receives the goods except where the goods are perishable. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd will refund the customers money within 30 days of cancellation. Refunds can only be made to the card used in the original purchase order
10. Licence Agreement
The Customer shall respect all license agreements delivered by the copyright owners. Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd cannot be held responsible for any misuse constructed by the Customer or any third party.
11. Dispute Resolution

LE67 4HH. or email the complaint to enquiries@adcockstanton.com. Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd agrees to respond promptly to all complaints in a fair and equitable manner.
11.2 Adcock Stanton Centrepin Reels Ltd. and the Customer shall use their best efforts to negotiate in good faith and settle amicably any dispute that may arise out of the supply of Products or these Conditions.
11.3 If the parties cannot settle any such dispute within 21 days it shall be determined by an independent third party jointly nominated by the parties ("the third party"). If the parties shall fail to nominate a Third Party within a further 7 days then the Third Party shall be nominated at the request of either party. The consumer is not compelled to take part in these proceedings.
11.4 The Third Party shall act as an expert and not as an arbitrator whose decision (including as to costs) shall be final and binding upon the parties.
12 Law
These terms and conditions are governed and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales as well as international trading laws where applicable
Customer Information and Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We are registered with the Data Protection Agency and comply fully with their requirements. We will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988; UK Law)
